This unreliably tasty triple cream organic soft cheese was only produced in 2016 but it still won the best soft white cheese category at the British cheese awards in 2018 highlighting its quality. It’s both dense and rich and has a similar texture to butter. It brings an earthy aroma with hints of yoghurt and grassy sweetness. Made from certified organic milk taken from a herd of crossed Montbeliarde, Swedish Red & Holstein Friesians cows.
